- I think if the States pass laws that require additional cost on the poor, the clinics and/or doctors then the States should bear these additional costs through higher taxes. I also think these additional taxes should be leved against the Anti-Abortion/Pro-Life groups that are demanding the laws.

Just so you know OBAMA is the one who signed all the bills that congress passes. The government is getting way to big which is what OBAMA is doing. You are obviously one of the uneducated people in this country that just hear what everybody says and doesn't look into it themselves.
